Once an order is shipped the customer is no longer eligible for a return. Unless the order is a pre-ordered item. Pre orders are NOT eligible for a return. If your order has not yet shipped and you are seeking a refund email us at support@synicalglobal.com

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If an order is incorrectly fulfilled we will happily refund or exchange the item at no expense to the customer. If the order is correctly fulfilled then the purchase is binding and the customer will not be eligible for an exchange/refund.

All orders will ship within 1 week UNLESS the item is a pre order release. In that case the order will take 2-3 weeks to allow for production and delivery time.
